Summary
There is no such thing as a lone wolf; it’s an unnatural, human-imagined thing. Pack is the foundation of their existence, necessary for life, for their wellbeing. But Harua has learnt that pack cannot be everything. Because if it is, when you lose it, you’re left with nothing at all.

Summary
In the beginning he tried joking about it, shrugged it off as having unlocked premium hearing, that his body had undergone some kind of superhero upgrade with super-smell.
Maki couldn't help but think that all the puppy comparisons everyone always made about him were at their peak now—the way his head shot up at the slightest shift of fabric, the way his nose scrunched at a particularly sour smell no one else seemed to notice.
The best part about all of it, though? It was ten thousand times worse when it came to Harua.

Summary
in the sleepy seaside town of samidare bay, kei and fuma's relationship fell apart.
five years later, they keep a practical distance, live and work separately — but not unhappily, you know, muddling along.
now, thanks to the altruistic and only moderately power-crazed parent-trapping team of romantic washouts, mischief-makers and children of divorce — that is about to change.

Summary
“Harua,” the man read aloud, as if testing how it sounded. The syllables felt suddenly heavier in the air, his own name turned into something unfamiliar. Harua blinked.
“Yeah,” he said, unsure what else to say.
The man smiled faintly, like he was satisfied just knowing it. “I’m Maki.”
And that was that..
