V takes an embarrassingly long time to process the innuendo. Heat quickly rises to his cheeks as soon as the puzzle piece falls into place, stuttering through the wave of embarrassment. Even with the implication, V is rooted to the spot. Staring down shotgun barrels and standing on the receiving end of a grenade’s arc holds nothing in comparison to this.
