Summary
“You’re Buck’s Babbles, right? That’s your podcast?” Eddie asks. Buck uncrosses his arms as his eyes widen and he steps closer to Eddie. He looks a little stunned.
“Uh - y-yeah. It is. How - how do you know that? I don’t have any of my social media linked to it,” Buck stutters, stepping closer again. Eddie is peripherally aware of the others staring at them but he can’t break himself out of the bubble they’ve found themselves in. The reason Eddie is standing where he is right now is standing right in front of him. Buck is standing right in front of him.or
The one where Buck had a podcast and helps Eddie before they meet (and Eddie is totally smitten).

Summary
Buck also happens to have an almost identical black velvet box stashed away under the too-wobbly floorboard in the living room. A thin silver band he wants to put on Eddie’s ring finger.
He needs to be the one to propose.
Eddie was the one who kissed him first and then managed to say “I love you” first within the next 30 seconds. Eddie was also the first to ask Buck to fully move in.
He grabs the box. Carefully places it next to the one he’s bought under the floorboard and shows up to work 15 minutes late.

Summary
“Come on, you’re telling me you wouldn’t consider sneaking into a storage closet with me?”
“Obviously, I would!” Eddie was whisper-yelling now, and Buck wasn’t sure exactly what point he was trying to make, but he was enjoying every second of this. “But one of us is going to have to have restraint and it has to be the—the one with the most experience.”
Buck felt his mouth drop open in delight. “Eddie,” he admonished. “Are you calling me a whore?”
“No!” said Eddie, looking increasingly flustered. “I just mean—clearly you have the power to do—” he gestured at Buck, “that, so you have the—the responsibility to, like, use it. Responsibly.”
“Did you just quote Spiderman?”
Eddie propped his elbows on the table and dropped his head into his hands, groaning dramatically. “I’m going to die. The first date, and I’m going to die.”
“Been there, wouldn’t recommend it.”
