Summary
If the circumstances were different, Jiwoong would probably be racking his brain for how to court Seowon properly – something romantic but subtle (like roses at his doorstep and a home cooked dinner) – the way he thinks Seowon would like it. Though, if the circumstances were different, the two of them would probably have never crossed paths at all. If Seowon's friendship is all he's destined to receive, he might as well push his luck a little further anyway.

Seowon is overworking himself and Woonggi decides to intervene with a night out.

“I’m Seowon, by the way,” Seowon held out a hand once the bartender had served them both their drinks.
The other man’s eyes widened comically and he nearly choked on his drink as he rushed to take his hand and reply. Seowon wasn’t sure if he was naturally a little awkward or if he was just tipsy.
It was probably a bit of both.
“Shit, sorry, right I’m Jiwoong,” he replied, quickly shaking Seowon’s hand, "I'm sorry, I, uh, haven’t done this in a while.”
“Just got out of a long relationship?” Seowon asked, stirring his drink around lazily.
Jiwoong tilted his head from side to side and mumbled, “Something like that.”
