Summary
For Christmas break I decided to do a 10 part (there is a bonus 11th) Evanstan series - all in the same verse. They all go together but can be read as independent one shots. They will be updated probably twice a week until all of them are up. It was based off a prompt that I saw on tumblr:
Write a story including a set of three things
1) A red wine stain, a broken vase, street lights
2) Autumn leaves, rain drops against the window, cups of tea
3) Blue paint, handprints, an airplane
4) A text message, a giddy feeling for the whole day, a flag
5) A campfire, lightning bugs, a note
6) A box of green hair day, a motivational speech, snowflakes in eyelashes
7) A promise, a clock, the airport
8) Hands intertwined, an inside jokes, a poem
9) Baking on a rainy day, high fives, a first kiss
10) A phone call, a ferris wheel, a broken heart.
*My added bonus* 11) Roses, a coffee mug, a dog door(Mine don't go in this order but this is all the chapter names of the fics I'll be writing.)

Summary
Bucky is just a regular guy. He works as a nurse, lives in a moderate Brooklyn apartment with his pet cat, oh, and he once dated Captain fucking America. After a pretty rough breakup over a year ago, he's been re-adjusting to regular life, with only a moderate amount of success. But what little progress he had made goes straight out of the window when Steve shows up at his door, and the two of them are finally forced to confront their feelings.

Summary
Steve Rogers is defrosted six weeks after the attack on New York. Imagine his surprise when, while catching up on the things he's missed, he watches a video of a figure in a red, white, and blue costume decapitating aliens with a familiar shield.
As it turns out, in the wake of Steve’s apparent death, ‘Captain America’ has become a mantle passed on within SHIELD and the US Army. Everyone says that Steve will love the current Cap, but after Steve meets the man from the video, well, ‘love’ isn’t exactly how he’d describe his feelings towards the guy.
Bucky doesn't like the fact that the original Captain America has returned. It's not that he's worried he'll be out of a job, but because there's trouble brewing inside of SHIELD, and he can't quite figure out exactly how and where the old Cap fits into the mess.
But as ghosts from both of their histories re-emerge from the shadows, the Captain Americas of both past and present will have to work together in order to save what they hold dear: their friends, their freedom, and who knows, maybe even each other.

Summary
It was routine, getting on the train that early in the morning, and Steve had it down to a damn tee. It was tiring, waking up that early to catch a train to work, but it wasn't so bad.
Especially not after he started showing up.
He was the man with murder eyes and shockingly good looks despite the whole hobo vibe but with a soft center. Steve liked to call him the Human Impersonation of the Grumpy Cat in his head; Grumpy Cat for short when he whined about him to either Natasha or Sam.
OR – in which Steve falls in love with a stranger.
