He’s perturbed, but not enough to look away and Ivan sighs. He’s been doing a lot of that lately.
“What do you want, Till?” he asks and he sounds tired. Till says nothing at the same time that he swallows down the words you and answers. He has more questions than he knows what to do with, like How long were you planning to kiss me? and Was it a spur of the moment thing or was there a logic to your madness? and Have you been hiding this all along? There’s also the question that’s been spinning around his head like a disc left on loop: Why me? Why do you love me?

Summary
Just a moment ago he was in beside him, singing.
Everything was too quick, there wasn't enough time to register, and then he was gone. A body left limp on the ground with blood pooling, a sight that made Till feel sick.
There wasn't enough time, it wasn't enough time.
He needed more time.Or in other words-
Till watches as Ivan dies on the stage that round. He gets dragged away to his room and thinks about it all. He passes out, but when he wakes up to clouds, he realises he's back in Anakt.
