Summary
"I'm sorry! I thought you were a..." he cleared his throat, feeling hesitant to say the word.
"Hooker?" The guy answered, looking bewildered.
Fuck. Did Leon just accuse a random civilian of being a prostitute? He could almost see the complaint filed against him for harassment. The precinct would have a field day.
"No..." he said unconvincingly.
Or, I forgot to add a summary before posting this so now here it is.

Bryan winced, "Okay, sorry, not Lucas, got it. Lebron?"
This time the zombie didn’t even bother shaking its head. It just looked at him, flatly, for a very long moment, in a way that made Bryan feel as though a dead man had just been personally disappointed in him.
"Yeah, no, that one was a reach," he admitted. "I panicked."

In which Bryan, for once his life, wants to complete a single delivery without going through utter hell.

It had been a terrible day and a simply awful evening. Nothing had foreshadowed a zombie apocalypse—yet nothing had suggested it wouldn't suddenly begin, either.

Summary
Bryan made countless bad decisions in his life. One of them was being so indecisive and spineless that his girlfriend, Michelle, finally got fed up with him and broke up with him, plunging his entire world into darkness.
Bryan only recently started getting used to life as a single man. He threw himself into work until he was practically running on fumes, hoping to forget the pain and self-loathing eating away at him. Then came his second terrible decision: accepting an overtime shift to deliver a package to Raccoon City, all because the pay was double.
Bryan swore that if he ever got the chance to go back in time, he would never accept that delivery, not even for ten times the pay!
And as if the Heavens had heard Bryan's prayer, he actually returned to the past.
