"You totally want him to be your partner," Eddie declared, with a sly grin.
Ravi hesitated for a moment before responding, "And what if I do?"
"Nothing wrong with that," Eddie reassured him. "Just two guys talking about two guys they like, and too scared to mess up a good thing."
Ravi shot back, "Can it really be called a friendship if you've had a one-night stand with the other person?"
Eddie's gaze shifted to Buck and Tommy, who were in each other's arms on the dance floor. Ravi caught the realisation in Eddie's eyes as he processed what Ravi had just admitted.
