Summary
Sakusa Kiyoomi was a man of few words.
“You’re rushing,” He said, looking Atsumu dead in the eyes. The room was silent for a moment, broken by Suna’s snort. Osamu cursed under his breath and let his forehead drop to the keyboard, making a jarring sound as several keys were pressed at once.
Atsumu seemed not to register the words at first. He looked up from his seat behind his drums, cymbal still pinched between his fingers after Sakusa abruptly interrupted their playing. They had barely started.

Summary
“Would you fall in love with me again?”
It’s soft. Not casual, not careful — just honest.
Osamu huffs out a laugh that’s more breath than humor, like the weight of the question sinks into his chest before he can stop it. It’s the sound of someone who’s been trying not to want something for a long, long time, but who has been defeated anyway.
He doesn’t answer right away. Just stares out into the dark alley, jaw clenched like he’s chewing on glass.
Finally, when Osamu speaks, his voice is rough with resignation.
“Yeah.” He doesn’t look at Suna when he answers. “Yeah, Rin. I would.” A beat. “And I think that’s exactly our problem.”

Sighing, he leans his head back on the warm tile, and quiet settles over them. Even now, a rejection fresh between them, it isn’t uncomfortable. That’s the problem with being around Osamu—Rintarou always feels at home, even when it’s clear he isn’t.
