Summary
Hey guys!! This is my first fanfic here. I apologize in advance for any mistakes, I don't speak English very well, so I translated this using Google Translate 💔 I hope you enjoy it!
(For context: Eddie had the idea to get a pet, but Richie was against it—but at night... well, you'll see.)

Summary
The present is hastily wrapped in what looks like a strip of the wallpaper from Eddie’s room, but Richie takes it with a little smile on his lips. It’s just a small smile, hesitant with a touch of suspicion (well-deserved, from years of miserable birthdays).
“Eddie…”
“Just open the bloody thing!” Eddie snaps, not wanting to see that lost puppy-dog look on Richie’s face anymore.
(For the Rik and Ade Fest 2022 - Prompt #16. Richie and Eddie gen fic; after Richie has a particularly close call with death (even by their standards), Eddie finds himself wanting to actually do a little something nice for his upcoming birthday.)
