Summary
Mackie was a small town girl who came to New York in search for a better and more fulfilling life. She had some distant family connection with Howard, the manager in one of the finest restaurant in the city and being an alumni of one the university she believed it would be good idea to get in touch with her uncle and get a job there. She never wanted to take the easy way in life and knowing Howard she was pretty sure that was the best opportunity for her to learn without being accused of nepotism. And so she became a server. Little did she know that her past was coming after her as the girl found her herself working at the same place with her long-term ex-boyfriend Jake and her so-called friend Simone. Will her past get the best of her or will Mackie move on?
