    Dr. Angela "Mercy" Ziegler has long accepted that Overwatch is over with, turning her eyes and her life towards a new direction. Fareeha "Pharah" Amari, likewise, has long since accepted her mother's death, but never stopped trying to emulate what Overwatch once was.

    Then, with the Recall, a new and fragile Overwatch reemerges into the world, subject to scrutiny and pressure on all sides. As heroes new and old alike gather once more in defense of the peace, the past that they all thought they had moved on from surges up to meet them. Angela and Fareeha learn to fly the friendly skies together. Love is a struggle. A lot of things are.
