that was all foolish could hear in his mind. it was only a chat message from his comm. but foolish could hear fortsy’s voice bouncing around in his brain to stay safe.
how could foolish tell fortsy that this was inevitable. he was bound to his immortality; bound to live a life with people constantly leaving him behind. nothing could stop his powers from leaving a place he loved too soon.
