It's September 1st, 1972.
Barty is starting his years in Hogwarts, the safest place in the world.
But war is brewing, the wizarding world is painfully divided in two. One side seems like the perfect example of the bad guys, the objective villains in a story, mean with no hope for redemption.
Then how are they gaining followers so quickly, rapidly expanding their ideology among the people of Britain?
Well, because broken, twisted and hurt people tend to have equally broken, twisted and hurt desires, and this side is promising them everything no one else had even dared offer.
The proposal is tempting.
