+44 20 XXXX XXXX“It can’t be,” he whispered to himself.
It must have been a coincidence,right? Holmes is a common English surname so maybe that man’s parents, who might have been big fans of the stories Dr. Watson wrote over a century ago, deemed it a perfect opportunity to name their child after a famous detective. It’s just destiny toying with William, picking at his freshly healed wounds in a heartless attempt to rip them open and remind him of his past sins.
Or: Sherlock died during the final problem, leaving William to deal with his unresolved feelings and guilt alone. Until one day, he runs into another Sherlock, who seems to mirror the other one in the strangest ways possible.

Summary
When William James Moriarty starts coughing, he believes he simply caught a cold. He fell ill soon after the Noahtic, after all. It was logical to assume that he caught something from one of the hundreds of passengers.
However, when he starts coughing up blood and flower petals, he decides to finally see a doctor. He's confused and scared, unsure of what could possibly be wrong with him. But when he gets diagnosed with Hanahaki Disease, he has more questions, the most prominent being, who was he even in love with?
As the days progress and the disease slowly eats away at William's lungs, he must face his biggest fear: Sherlock Holmes being the man he's in love with. Sherlock can't be the one he's in love with. How was Sherlock supposed to love him back? William is the Lord of Crime, and Sherlock is the detective trying to catch him.
William must choose between pursuing Sherlock for another chance at life, risking surgery and completely stripping himself of the ability to love, or letting the flowers bloom and strangle every part of him until he takes his final breath.

Summary
When John has to attend to a family emergency, he is in desperate need for someone to help babysit his daughter Dahlia. Of course he naturally turns to Sherlock for help, it's unfortunate that the great detective doesn't have much experience with children but it's fortunate that a certain former lord of crime does and just so happens to be visiting him when this crisis happens.
Or, Sherlock and Liam get roped into babysitting for John and Mary and chaos happens.
