    Ten years after the events in Destined...

    Keigo and Touya have settled happily at a sheep farm in remote New Zealand. Keigo, now known as the vigilante Phoenix, has heard the rumors about child traffickers targeting mutant children. He saves two little winged girls, and when he learns they have no one else, he and Touya adopt them.

    Touya's heart is broken when he learns that one of the ringleaders behind the organization is none other than Toga, who'd once called him Dabi-nii.

    Realizing they need more firepower, they reach out to some old friends in Japan--Shouto, Deku, and Tsukuyomi.

    Can they stop her? Or save her?
