"Huh?!? Dad? What are you doing home?", he questioned then turned to face his mom. "L-Listen honey.." she started, "We know this is a little...impractical but we really need the money." the blonde woman flashed her husband a look that had a mix of sadness and anger. "What are you talking about?", the boy scratched his head and then he saw Saki on the couch behind him. She looked extremely upset, this has to be bad.
"What?! So let me get this straight...you guys are selling me to be a servant?! You can't do this!", he looked distressed at the news that he was just told. "We most certainly can.", his father stood up and walked over to him. "Pack light. We're gonna be riding to the palace first thing at dawn." Tsukasa stormed off to his room and slammed the door. He couldn't believe this. They were selling him? What about his life here? All his friends? The blond sat down on his bed and buried his face in his hands, he needed to get to packing for his new life. Struggling to get the small bag from the top of the cabinet in his room, he tried to find something good about being a servant. But all he could think about was the nightmarish outcomes that would come out of it.
