Summary
She was falling. Her body had gone limp, floating in a sea of darkness. The stars were too far to light her way. Jaina raised a hand to her throat, feeling her EV mask start to float from her. Her ears rang with explosions and words from last conversations, so intense they were nothing more than the impression of sentences.
It was when Jaina glanced at her arm that she realized something was wrong- more wrong than the fact that she was floating EV in space. It was clothed in a black StealthX Jedi flight suit. That was normal. But it was not her arm. It was longer, muscled, and the gloved hand was larger than her own. She looked down at the legs attached to her floating body. Again, longer. Feet covered in black nerf hide boots. Jaina felt her face next.
It was hard to get her gloved hands under her helmet visor and the EV mask, but it was enough to feel the crooked nose— broken in enough sparring sessions— and high cheekbones. She felt like passing out. This was not her body.
