Lazuli has been working for House Lily to investigate and interfere with a growing slave trade problem in the city of Ul'dah for quite some time now. Months ago, on the day he had first accepted the commission, his boss had firmly advised him to stay away from his daughter. What is he supposed to do when that very same forbidden young lady is caught up in a trafficking mess? Keep her safe until further notice, apparently.
