Summary
Josuke considers the folded paper again, mainly if this is an invasion of privacy, for about 2 seconds before realising he was definitely going to open it either way and gently unfolding the paper.
Bucket List for Summer!, it reads. Josuke grips it a bit too harshly. He feels ill.
He studies the floor, trying to trace random parts of slightly-chipped wood and potential origins. There’s a random cola stain that he remembers Okuyasu complaining about from April.
A few minutes pass, and Josuke can breathe again. Crazy Diamond fixes the paper unprompted, which had ripped a bit under the strain of Josuke’s grip.
Josuke stares at it. Wonders if this is self-punishment.
He keeps reading.

2 days after Josuke loses his best friend in the fight against Kira, his attempt to find Okuyasu's birth certificate for the funeral ends in his discovery of a poorly-drafted bucket list for the ensuing summer break. Hoping to settle Okuyasu's final wishes, no matter how trivial they seem, he begins to try and finish what the other boy never got to start.

"'Don’t you think Miyuki looks tired?" Sawamura asks. Kuramochi pauses. It's true, as much as he hates admitting Sawamura is right; lately, Miyuki had been- not slower, never enough to impact his play, but…less attentive? Zoning out more, taking a second longer with scathing quips that would have effortlessly shot out before. Nevertheless, he waves Sawamura off.
“He’s a grown man,” he rolls his eyes, but the thought keeps circling his mind, over and over, until it was nearing 1 in the morning, and Kuramochi was wide awake, mind rampaging between the inevitable drag of time until the end of his 3rd year, the possibility of their team failing, and Miyuki apparently deciding he's too busy to sleep, as if there weren't two very willing vice-captain's literally a maximum of 10 doors down to split the work with.
There is no chance he’s going to manage any sleep like this.
Fuck.
He silently drops out of bed."
or, Kuramochi tries to capture every moment he can leading up to graduation, even if he has to sacrifice sleep. Miyuki discovers that there's an extra 12 hours in a day if you're determined enough to capitalise on it. Sawamura schemes.
