Summary
The Enhanced Registration Act passed months ago, pushed through by congress after Tony had signed the Accords.
The registration act really had no bearing on Tony’s life in general. He wasn’t enhanced and didn’t have daily contact with anyone who was. Then a chance encounter with a dodgy teenager during a terrorist attack changed everything for Tony.
Peter Parker was fifteen years old, sassy, and downright brilliant. Oh yeah, he was also the hero Spider-Man Tony had respected for months. To him, the registration act was a promise of life in prison.
Deciding to help Peter was one of the easiest decisions of Tony’s life. He was determined to get this kid to look to a bright future, enjoy life, and stay out of SHIELD’s hands, even if it means becoming a fugitive himself.
Or: Peter is living like there’s no tomorrow when he meets Tony in his civilian identity. Tony sees this and decides to pour himself into this kid, in attempt get him to actually care about himself and his life, all while working to repeal the registration act that has Peter feeling so despondent.

Summary
There was an unspoken tension between Peter and Tony. At least on Peter's end. With everything that has happened between them, overtime he started seeing Tony more as a father figure than a mentor. He just couldn't bridge the gap without fear of Tony pulling away. As he often does with softer emotion. Maybe Peter should stop kidding himself. The Tony Stark did not need a child on his hands. He was just a mentor so Peter didn't go off the rails. That's all he'll ever be.

Summary
"Life is a cruel and twisted game. Peter learnt this at a very early age. Consistently, every good that he experienced was found to be temporary, eventually ripped harshly from his grasp the second he began to believe that the happiness would have no end. Pain, however, that stayed- lingered in the shadows wherever he went, waiting for the perfect moment to jump out and embed itself into his skin. It became a part of who he is, and although he would never admit this out loud, he found its presence comforting.
The one thing Peter still genuinely found joy in was Spider-Man, it was the only time where his carefully curated persona felt less... well fake. So, swinging through New York, listening a playlist filled with his aunt and uncles favourite songs, on his earpiece that he made a few months, was probably one of the best parts of his day."
Or,
Peter hasn't had an easy life, losing all his family and friends, and being forced to fend for himself. However, one day a strange man walks into the garage he works in asking Peter to fix his metal arm... Unknown to him, this was the begging of a new era- filled with the best type of chaos (and occasionally, the less good kind).Bookmarked by jesssfinalproject
