Summary
When Buck finishes Eddie's drink too, and there still aren’t any replacements he leans over the bar, impatiently looking for the bartender. He finally spots him at the opposite end. “Excuse me! Can we please get a refill?” He thinks for a beat before adding, “And some tequila shots too!”
The bartender shoots Buck a dirty look and Eddie shrinks in on himself, cheeks going hot with embarrassment at the unwanted attention on them from all around the bar due to Buck’s incessant shouting over the music. “Do you have to be so loud?” Eddie hisses directly in Buck’s ear.
It’s lost over the guy on the far side of the bar announcing an open mic for karaoke. Eddie groans already knowing where this night is heading.
Buck’s head shoots up, eyes zeroing in on the guy holding up the clipboard for sign-ups. Eddie makes quick work of grabbing Buck’s sleeve in hopes of deterring him in some way, but Buck is quicker. He wrenches his arms out of the way and gets up from his seat, waving Eddie off.
or, After Buck's breakup, him and Eddie go out to a karaoke bar in the hopes of making Buck feel better. Tommy shows up, Buck sings, and Eddie lets himself find joy.
