Summary
Dean Winchester is a young Omega working three jobs to support himself and his abusive, alcoholic father. His dream is to help his aunt and uncle send his brilliant little brother to college.
One of the few bright spots for him is the job he works at a burger place called Mystery Spot, a restaurant owned by four Russian brothers that Sammy and Dean joke all the time is a front for a mafia. One day, however, when a man comes in and tries to kill Dean’s favorite Krushnic brother right in front of him, the Omega is forced to admit that maybe his running joke with Sammy isn’t too far off the mark.
As Dean is thrown into the world of the Krushnic mafia, he finds himself getting closer than ever to Castiel Krushnic himself. The Alpha seems to harbor a strange soft spot for Dean, one that grows more obvious and more confusing by the day. Suddenly, Dean has to wonder why the kindest person in his life is a mafia boss, and why said mafia boss is so dead-set on taking care of him.
It’ll take a very stubborn person to convince Dean he deserves that. It’s lucky Castiel Krushnic is a very stubborn man.

Joe’s senses are nowhere near as developed as Andy’s, but it’s been decades, more maybe, since he got such a pure, unadulterated taste of Nicolo, no products, no laundry detergent, nothing but his skin, his sweat, his breath. It’s exactly how Nicky smelled when they first kissed, hard and desperate and confused, and the sense-memory is so strong that Joe loses his mind a little, going hard so fast it’s painful, pressing his whole front against Nicky.

Summary
The bed is too big; the bed is too small. He can’t get up, can’t stand to be more than an arm’s length away from Nicky. But if he moves closer, it’ll be all over. So Joe rolls over to face away from Nicky, even though he can still feel the alpha’s unsettling gaze on his naked spine. Maybe if he makes it another few minutes without Nicky’s touch on his skin he’ll be able to think clearly.
When Nicky sunk his teeth into Joe’s neck during their bonding ceremony, Joe felt the way it tightened and pulled them together, felt the way Nicky sunk into his body, thick like resin pierced into his skin.
It’s like he’s being tugged, like he’s been drugged, like there’s a threaded string attaching him to this strange alpha. He’s never heard of a bond being this strong and yet this fragile before, strife with tension and yet pulling, pulling, pulling him in.
