He can't breathe, it feels like he's suffocating. His lungs feel like they are collapsing in on themselves.
The bell ringing got him to stop thinking about Drew and Daisy, now he was only focused on breathing. It felt like something was caught in his throat.

It's a week after the concert, after a recent event Jake realizes he has hanahaki disease. A disease where flowers grow in his lungs do to unrequited love and slowly kills him. He has three ways to escape it.
Drew, or Daisy reciprocate his feelings.
He accepts the truth.
Or he gets them removed, but he will never remember the two ever again. -
Summary
The hermits discover a boy who is lost and hurting, and they make it their mission to help and heal.
And, who knows, maybe they'll help each other heal, as well.
