Summary
Title is a lyric from Wings by So!YoOn! and very apt, if you ask me.
She had to stand politely, and bow to every new passenger as they shuffled along. There were usually 3 types of passengers. Those who bowed back, those who nodded in acknowledgement, and those who ignored her altogether. She never took it to heart. But when the line halted abruptly, she found herself looking up into the eyes of a man she’s trying hard to forget.
“Hello.”
She knew that his height didn’t increase, but he somehow felt taller, like he occupied more space. In a way, he did—he filled out his coat better than in their teenage years, and though he used to be slightly immature, he now carried that baduk-brand of seriousness with him everywhere.
