“The server admin is responsible for overseeing the server players and attending to their needs, right?” Punz shrugged as he leaned back, watch Dream struggle and writhe against the tendril deep inside him. “Well, this player had a ‘need’ to see you be fucked out of your mind.”
“You- shut up.” Dream gasped, wheezing out a giggle despite himself. “Shut your mouth, that was so dumb.”
“Really? I thought it was pretty good.” Punz smiled back. He had the smallest inkling of a thought, and suddenly the vine’s languid pace turned into a quick piston of pleasure. Dream moaned.

Summary
George was born without a second gender, apparently.
Not that it matters much to him, it's not like he's missing out on a whole lot.
Sure, he'd like to be able to smell Dream's scent; to know him on that one deeper level that he simply can't access, but it's fine! He's just George and it's fine!
He can still pine after Dream wistfully without a second gender. He can still be hopelessly and helplessly in love. It's not like Dream's ever not been there for George when he needs him.
However, does that still apply when George gets sick in the most unexpected way possible?
Or; George is a late bloomer and that makes already messy feelings between him and Dream even more difficult to navigate.

When Dream returns nearly an hour later, he presents the plate of spaghetti the same way he presented the eggs and waffles: head bowed, submissive sounds, and with enough space between George and the food for him to give a clear acceptance or rejection.

George and Dream don't let their second genders get in the way of their friendship, even when most people balk at the idea of letting soft-looking Omega George live with boisterous Alpha Dream.
