Donghyuck takes note of the way Renjun’s eyes flutter when he calls him baby. He’ll shelf that information for later. Right now, there’s a wall behind Renjun that Donghyuck would very much like to press him against, so he opens his mouth and says as much.

Donghyuck should have known that he’d made a mistake when he presses his lips to the plastic and Jeno’s expression stiffens, lips curling into a snarl that lasts for only as long as it takes Donghyuck to blink. Something akin to a chill climbs up Donghyuck’s spine, overpowering the thrill of electricity and adrenaline that was there before. But Jeno is a professional, just as Donghyuck is, and continues the choreography like nothing happened.
