Lucifer raises an eyebrow. He presses his knife down harder against the base of Sam's penis, but Sam doesn’t break eye contact.
“Do it? Really?” Lucifer asks. He seems amused. Sam pushes himself up to sit taller, hands braced on the bathtub. He keeps his eyes locked to Lucifer’s.
“You’re not real. This isn’t any different from the cage.” Sam says, and for the first time, Lucifer looks surprised. “So yeah. Do it.”
