Summary
Although hiding in Switzerland while Adriel was out there made Ava feel really frustrated-- she actually liked the life there. It was a comfortable routine that almost made her like a normal girl again. Just a regular young adult with a regular job and a regular roommate. Except that Ava had a huge magical ring in her back that gave her superpowers and her roommate was actually a badass tactical nun acting as her trainer and technically, her bodyguard.
But who cared about the dumb details? Ava used to dream with a life like that. And she couldn't ask for better company.
