Summary
James Potter is a good omega. He takes his suppressants religiously, and allows himself the one heat a year that will prevent permanent damage to his fertility. He's never shared a heat with an alpha before, holding out for the one who doesn't seem to ever look his way.
Regulus Black is a bad alpha. He's never had a rut before, and knows that it's because he's weak. Wrong. Not big enough, not bold enough, not brave enough. But there's an omega out there - someone who he scented once in passing and very nearly rutted over. He just doesn't think he'll find them again.
