Summary
10 years have passed since the fall of the old capital, the stain of pain and loss still clinging onto humanity. Wise and Belle, the two halves of Phaethon, the children of the devil. Stranded, and with a blight plaguing their bodies, they search for the truth, oblivious of the secrets that their own bodies contain. Imprisoned within their flesh there's a power that many would kill for.
How will they fare when the monster underneath their skin starts to show its claws? Will they succumb? Or will their beloved allies keep them from falling?
Will the corruption devour their hearts? Or will Phaethon reach the light this time?
