Okay, perhaps Fareeha had had a few too many whiskeys. And then that tequila shot Lena handed her towards the end of the night which she couldn't refuse, high on the attention from her mother that she'd lacked for most of her life. God, she'd thought she'd moved on but clearly her mommy issues were more prevalent than she'd like to admit.
“You… what?” If she was sober she doesn't think she'd believe her ears anyways. She closes her eyes to focus, says her next sentence slowly. “You want to fake date me?”
“Sure,” Angela says simply. “It was nice. To see you and your mother together again. And I have to admit,” she tucks a piece of hair behind her ear and Fareeha follows the movement, wishing she'd been the one to do so, “it felt good.”
What the hell did that mean? The doctor was maybe more than tipsy and Fareeha was rightly fucked.

.Or, Ana is back and assumes that Fareeha and Angela are in a relationship. Maybe they let her think so.
