Summary
“I don’t understand?” Junseo repeats, now incredibly frustrated himself. “Make me, then.”
A beat. The air between them changes, and Junseo is suddenly very aware of their close proximity, of the rise and fall of Jiahao’s bare chest, his fingers wrapped around his wrist. Junseo wants to pull away, escape it somehow, but Jiahao won’t let him.

Summary
Junseo has spent his entire life being watched. As the son of a pastor who presides over the largest church in South Korea, every move he makes reflects on the pulpit. There is no room for doubt, no room for rebellion, and certainly no room for loving another man.
Jiahao arrives at Liberty University as a sociology exchange student, studying religion from the outside. Junseo is living it.
What starts as a roommate situation spirals into secret letters, stolen touches, confessionals that don’t happen in churches, and a choice between duty and love that could cost Junseo everything. Including Jiahao.

Summary
Their eyes meet again, and Jiahao looks pretty like this too, even prettier than he did in Junseo’s head the countless times he imagined him between his legs. Junseo didn’t think he’d ever get to have this, the privilege of unabashed staring, of wanting without the following gut reaction of shame. But he does, because on the 25th of September, the universe gifted him two things; a spot in the debut lineup of ALD1, and later, in the dark of an unfamiliar dorm room, Zhang Jiahao.
(or, the one where jiahao surprises junseo on his birthday.)
