Summary

(AKA... what if Bucky survived the encounter with Zemo and was brought to the future with Steve?) (AKA creating an AU where a famously dead character lives, but shaking my head the entire time so people know that I understand why they were killed off in the first place.)

Summary
Steve Rogers is dead. All that remains of him is an empty uniform and the home he left behind. As Bucky looks through the mementos his mentor kept, he confronts the parts of Steve's life he wasn't around for and wonders about his place in it.
