Summary
“Oh, you want spice, do you, Keonho-yah?” Martin’s grin widened, a predatory glint in his eyes. He leaned forward, elbows on knees. “Then I dare *you*.”
Keonho’s eyebrows shot up. “Me? What’s the dare?” A thrill, sharp and unexpected, zipped through him.

Summary
"You hate me. And I hate that you can't see yourself the way I see you."
Keonho hates Martin. He's been doing it for thirteen years, ever since he was seven and met a tall, clumsy boy with too many ideas and too big a smile. The first impression was bad. The following years only confirmed it.
However, when they are selected to compete together in a national university championship —the scholarship to Los Angeles as the prize and perhaps, the attention of Kim Juhoon—, Keonho has to swim. He has to beat Martin. He has to prove that he is not just a broken swimmer clinging to a scholarship. But as they are forced to cooperate, to set aside their differences and collaborate, something begins to stir in the depths of his hatred. Something he doesn't know is rivalry, obsession, or the beginning of something else he still doesn't dare name.
And for the first time in a long time, Keonho begins to wonder if maybe, just maybe, hating Martin is easier than loving him.

Summary
Martin looked at Keonho without saying anything, his gaze silent but sharp. He followed his movements with his eyes as Keonho rolled his eyes and stood up. His jaw clenched, a silent act that showed his patience slowly running out.
He didn’t mind bickering and messing around with the maknae but he was really getting enough of him crossing the line and taking sharp turns like that. He wasn’t gonna tolerate this shit, it wasn’t his fault that the little one hated him.
Or at least that’s how he interpreted it.
