There were days when everything was just too much for James.
Days where just the mere thought of getting out of bed took more energy than he had — even sleeping took too much energy on these days, but that took the least energy out of everything so was usually what he reverted to.
He wasn’t sure why he was like this — one day he had just crashed and it had been like this ever since; every once in a while he’d wake up wrong.
or, James finds it hard to do, pretty much anything, and Regulus comforts him and helps him through it
