  When he heard his alarm go off that morning, Shane knew it was going to be a bad day.
  He was used to it, he was used to waking up filled with this crippling anxiety, at the verge of crying hysterically.
  He could do it, he had no other choice right? he will manage and that’s all. That’s life.
