Summary
There’s no one more honest than a child, and a drunk. Denji himself was already an abandoned child persisting in a grown body. With so much he had to endure, his mind had kept all the pain under a protective layer with nowhere to spill it. Not until one day, although rather unintentionally. He had impulsively grabbed a bottle of what he thought was some fruity sparkling water, not realizing it had quite the percentage of alcohol in it. Aki had gotten it just to appease Himeno that made him get it for how good it was, but who would’ve thought that the alcohol he was forced to buy, gave him more than what he bargained for? It got Denji to open up to him, when he thought that was near to impossible.
