one og the greatest namjin ever
read it in almost 24 hours.....it gives me life also i'm in love with joon save meedit 23sep2023. four and a half years later i’ve read it again. i remembered how raw and dark it was (but absolutely brilliant too) and kind of avoided it preferring to reread your other lighter works. i couldn’t explain what exactly what made me uncomfortable that time but now reading it i see so clearly the pain and feeling lost and isolated. i guess i’ve matured enough to see what and why jin was feeling and acting like, i saw a reflection of myself in him and it made me so upset and scared and also happy to share his feelings. i felt this desperation and loneliness again as if it was mine but hopeful ending jin came to made me hopeful as well and i was smiling all the way his self love journey
and now i think that as a writer you can never write someone smarter than you or wittier or more alone and sad to convey it in such depth. so it makes me think that you anna was also at that dark place at some point and i wish it is long gone.

Seokjin blinked. “What?”
He fought off a smirk. “You heard me.”
Seokjin looked carefully blank, heat creeping up the back of his neck as he began to fish out the teabags with, “You shouldn’t joke about that.”

edit 24sep2023: read it again in one go. no words can describe exactly how i feel after reading your works, Anna. the raw emotions and intimacy leaves me speechless. i’m so emotionally invested in these namjin it hurts but in a beautiful way. again, i applaud you anna for your ability to invoke so much in me, and after rereading this for the nth time i always discover new things, change my views on some scenes and love these characters more and more. they’ve become so dear to me and for that im so grateful <3
