“Tell me, Clive. When have you last indulged yourself?” Jill asked soothingly, slowly unfastening the front of her robe before him. She did not waver or tremble.
“I would not make a cuckold of another man.” Clive spat back at her bitterly as he took note of what she was suggesting. It was extremely bold, even for one as daring as Jill. But still, he did not take his eyes off of her slender fingers that loosened the strings on her robe, and then let the front of it fall open, revealing more of the nightgown underneath that spilled below the dip of her breastbone.
“I would have it that you do.”
