Summary
Regulus Black dies in 1980. Remus Lupin survives the war.
But when time begins to slip - not all at once, just in pieces - they begin to cross paths in the quiet spaces between years. Regulus is fifteen, then sixteen, caught in a future he doesn’t understand. Remus is thirty-three, grieving, hollowed out, teaching the son of a boy he once called a brother.
One of them isn't supposed to be here.
Neither of them is ready.
But time doesn’t care about what should have been.
And some questions don’t die, even after death. Two timelines. Two wars.
One boy on the edge of his ending.
One man still living with the cost. -

Summary
It rains all weekend, but nobody minds.
The McKinnon wedding is a brief reprieve, a few stolen days of laughter, music, and pretending the world isn’t burning outside the tent.
In a village somewhere north, the Marauders and their friends gather to celebrate. There’s too much wine, not enough sleep, and the quiet ache of knowing it can’t last.
Or: a wedding in the rain, while there’s still something left to celebrate.
