“Are you—” Luffy starts, parting away just enough to glance down at Law’s torso, sliding his other hand inside the blanket, until he has both tracing Law’s sides, making him swallow and shiver, feeling the thrill rush through him as he takes in the look on Luffy’s face, watching as he sucks in a breath, watching as his eyes darken. “You’re naked.”
“Very high observation skills that you got there,” Law says, but his voice betrays him with each word, sounding breathless and small, desperate.
But Luffy doesn’t comment on it, only keeps his eyes focused on the skin underneath the blanket, slowly opening it a little further, just enough to be able to see as he runs his fingers over the tattoo covering Law’s chest, almost as if it’s the first time that he’s seeing it, almost as if he doesn’t know exactly what Law looks like without his clothes.

Or, on the first night that Luffy stayed at Law’s place, he complained about the cold like a child. Then, he brought a blanket with him, huge, soft, and white, like a polar bear’s fur. And Law liked it more than he wanted to admit.

To be frank, the few precious frames he caught of Luffy like that wasn’t enough to make sense of what he was seeing, much less process the implications.
Luckily for Law, Luffy is all too eager to provide a demonstration.
