Dudley Dursley is a silly little name belonging to a silly little boy who finds himself thinking he's a bit delusional sometimes.
Like sometimes, when he stops to think about it properly, his parents should probably not abuse and neglect his cousin who lives in the same house as them. And the other times wherein his said cousin in general sometimes perform miracles in a blink and talk to snakes in the zoo.
And the most of the time where he should probably not remember living another life before this one and that all of his family sound a bit too similar to characters in a popularized series that doesn't exist.
