Summary
<<7 book sequel series>>
The Ministry are demonizing vampires, preparing the country's opinions for a vote on whether they should be deemed inexcusable: beings too dangerous to live freely. With Mezrielda's vampire family at risk, Bagsy will do anything to help her thwart the Ministry's plans. But Bagsy is wrestling with self-hatred, Bontie-hatred, and a growing turmoil over her confusing emotions towards Mezrielda, as well as a host of issues from her (now surprisingly large) group of friends. More worryingly, the Breathing Blight remains at large, a threat that could strike at any moment.
What neither Bagsy nor Mezrielda realises is that though the Ministry and the Breathing Blight are fearsome, the most fatal danger lies far closer to home...

Summary
<<7 book sequel series>>
Bagsy's third year of Hogwarts is set to be anything but peaceful. With quidditch matches, helping Mezrielda become an Animagus, repaying Tod's favour, being unable to contact her sister, something lurking in the lake and the threat of the Ministry's insidious 'Inferno Conscription' stealing two of her friends away, rest and relaxation are the last things on Bagsy's list of priorities.
At least things can only get easier.
Right?

<<7 book sequel series>>
Bagsy Beetlehorn would rather stay in her room, fiddling with her inventions and messing about with potions, but if she wants to overcome her worrying inability to cast spells, she'll have to attend Hogwarts, even if that means embarking on a life-threatening quest for a wish-granting gauntlet or, worse, interacting with human beings.
