This is inspired from a dream I had two years ago. I just had it again last night but now that Waterboy exists it all makes sense. I've tried to write this before but I didn't know who Waterboy was so it was difficult to put into writing without just making up some random wet man. He existed in my dream before he existed in reality.
Babs has some high school trauma. He's still discovering his powers and it's really difficult. We help him out of a bind.
