Summary
When an opportunity arises for Lucy a single mom of two, to correspond with her brother’s friend Chaos through letters, she’ll take anything she can get to talk to another adult.
Tim, who goes by Chaos, an alias he has to use, doesn’t realise as he slowly gets to know Lucy, letter by letter, that he’s falling in love, not just with her but her children too, until it’s too late.
When Lucy’s brother dies in action, his last wish, is for Tim to go to Lucy, because she’s lost everyone else, and now him, and he doesn’t want her to be alone.
Except it’s not that easy, nothing worth it ever is…
Tim leaves Chaos behind, and goes to her, but he doesn’t come clean, and that’s his first mistake.
…but the truth comes out, eventually, it always does.
