Summary
Aoi and Kanao’s relationship is fractured when Aoi learns that Kanao kept Shinobu’s secret plan for her death hidden. Tanjiro mediates gently, supporting both women—helping Aoi voice her pain and reassuring Kanao of her worth. In the end, Aoi and Kanao reconcile through raw apologies, shared grief, and a vow to stop carrying their burdens alone, allowing their sisterly bond to mend.
Note: this fanfic is set a few years after Muzan's defeat and Tanjiro and Kanao are engaged.
