Summary
He doesn’t have to look up to know that Isak is already on his way to where Even is standing. The bell for Isak’s last class rang five minutes ago and it usually takes him that much time to gather up his things and say his goodbyes to the boys before meeting Even at the school gates.
True enough, there he is with his hands clutched around his bag straps, a slight blush to his face, and a shy smile stretched across his lips. Even should be used to this by now; he gets to see this five times a week no fail. Hell, the last time he saw Isak was roughly 24 hours ago after Even walked him home, just like he does every weekday. And yet.
And yet, he still feels his heart singing at the sight of the other boy. He still feels the coil in his stomach that keeps twisting and twisting, a Pavlovian response to Isak’s presence. He still looks forward to 15:30 every single day, looks forward to seeing his best friend, looks forward to the shortest 30 minutes after a long day of waiting. He still misses him already even when he’s still right in front of him, just because he knows that just a number of steps and this will be over soon.
Just a number of steps and he will have to wait to see Isak again.

Summary
Isak can’t help but hold his breath. His head may not be underwater, but he sure feels like he is with the way the walls around him seem to be closing in, trapping him in. He can’t lie on his back or else Even would know he’s still awake, didn’t just accidentally fall on the wrong bed out of exhaustion. But he can tell that the other boy knows. Even knows he’s awake and he’s just waiting for him to turn around and say all the things they don’t talk about in the morning.

Summary
There may be handful versions of the Snow White story, changing and changing to appeal to time’s eyes. But it always goes by a certain conflict, a certain climax, and of course, topped with the same old ending every time. The script always follows a young girl named Snow White with skin as white as snow and lips as red as rose, a magic mirror on the wall that describes her as “the fairest of them all”, a vengeful queen who would go the lengths to reclaim that title from Snow White, and a prince who would come save the day with a true love’s kiss.
But there’s one version that people fail to accept. A version wherein Snow White is a young girl named Eva. In this storyline, Eva doesn’t have skin as white as snow, nor does she have lips as red as rose. Instead, this description belongs to Noora, a lonely princess whose only friend is a magic mirror on the wall. One of the only things that probably didn’t change is that this mirror still describes Eva as the fairest of them all.
In this storyline, Eva met her prince early. She will soon be wed to him, soon to be a princess, and much sooner to be queen.

Summary
Lucas feels like he's floating on stagnant water. He can almost make out the barely there ripples teasing at his sides while he desperately thrashes his limbs for some sort of change, some kind of motion around him. Instead, he's a weightless leaf that fell into this unmoving deep unknown; can't sink but can't move at the same time. He doesn't know what kind of disturbance he needs to get out of this stupid state of inertia he's stuck in. Or maybe he does; and it's not in the form of petite bodies and little waists he tried to convince himself was what boys like him should be into.
He just doesn't know where to find what he actually needs.

He finally looks up. Blue is offering him a small nervous smile. “She was never that for me. I’ve never felt anything close to that,” he stares into Lucas’s eyes like he’s about to share a secret, then he says in a whisper, “not until you.”
Lucas stares back and with all the air that’s left in his lungs, he whispers back, “me too,” he offers up a smile now that he can finally breathe again, “not until you.”
(or: the 5 Fine Frøkner scene except Lucas finally met his Even and it’s happening to him this time)

“Me hyung?” Sunghoon had asked, pointing dumbly at himself, even though he already knew, because as Sunoo had flippantly described the way to deal with being the object of Riki’s affections, Sunghoon distantly realized that he had absolutely no idea what he was talking about.
“Yes you, hyung,” Sunoo had sighed, not actually seeming that irritated, a glint of something knowing in his eye that Sunghoon didn’t like one bit. “Don’t take it personally. Maybe you’re next.”
Sunghoon did take it personally. And he also took the second half of Sunoo’s sentiment as a threat.
or: Sunghoon realizes that he’s the only hyung Riki hasn’t had a crush on yet, and he can’t quite figure out what exactly is taking him so long to change that.

“That’s not what I meant,” Jake had muttered, cheeks turning pink, his gaze dropping down to watch Sunoo drape it over his own shoulders, the empty sleeves hanging limply at his sides for the time being. “You’re like a good luck charm. Thanks to you, we’ll win. I’ll win.”
