If Fit had a coin for every time Pac accidentally fell asleep on his shoulder because of exhaustion, he would have three coins - which isn't much, but the fact that this happened three times bothers him, so he decides to do something about it.
Or, Pac has had trouble sleeping since Mike's disappearance, so he always falls asleep on Fit's shoulder accidentally. This happens over and over again until Fit decides to do something.
