“The first time I saw you," Michaela says, "I thought you were the strong-minded sister of my cousin’s new wife.” She smiles then, small and sad. “Somehow you ended up more than that. You ended up being you.”
“You say that like it is something special,” Francesca says, voice small.
Michaela holds her gaze. “It is to me.”

Robin feels a tug in her chest, a soft and fond sort of thing, and she thinks that it would be quite dangerous to fall for Nancy, but the feeling settles over Robin all the same and it's not an all-consuming sort of thing, really.
Rather, it's gentle in nature, winds its way around her consciousness until she realizes, sitting here in the musty, cluttered little sound booth of the radio station, that she could fall in love with Nancy Wheeler.

Summary
“How are you comfortable like that?” Nancy asked, looking through the dark at how Robin layed perfectly still on her back, hands steepled atop her stomach.
After a few moments, Robin answered hesitantly for a second before the words started pouring out, “I’m not, I normally sleep on my side but there isn’t much space-” Nancy grabbed her hand, endlessly endeared, and turned. She pulled Robin’s arm around her waist so that she was spooning her, winding their fingers together where Robin's arm fell naturally at her stomach.
“There.” She murmured softly.
“Right. Thanks. That's perfect- I mean- not perfect just- better,” Robin choked out. Nancy could feel her heart hammering against her back.
She smiled.
